A. Yes, you can use the Toilet Bowl Cleaner if you have hard water. Our Toilet Bowl Cleaner is not as strong as those mass-market toilet bowl cleaners that are hydrochloric acid-based. This means that you may have to use our product more often to prevent the hard-water mineral deposits that develop at the water line from building up.
Q. Can I use the Toilet Bowl Cleaner to clean the tank of my toilet?
A. No. We do not advise using this product to clean your toilet tank. This product has a low pH, which could pose the risk of harming rubber pieces typically found in toilet tanks.
